A Kirby Certified Builder is an independent contractor that is nominated, appointed, and certified by Kirby Building Systems based on specific criteria’s met, and is approved to supply and erect Kirby buildings / structures.

A Certified Builder is an extension of Kirby Building Systems sales and more. A Builder has one or more high level managers and a complete in-house skilled erection crew with extensive experience in the Pre-Engineered / Structural Steel buildings and structures.

A Certified Builder is approved to undertake a construction project consisting of Pre-Engineered / Structural Steel buildings and structures as a turnkey contractor from initiation to handing over including design, obtaining approvals, supply & erection, civil works, warranties, responsibilities, and etc…using project management practices and methodologies.

A Certified Builder is appointed for a period of one calendar year, valid for a defined sales territory, which is renewable subject to continued demonstration of good performance and high ethical standards.

Kirby Building Systems Certification of a Builder is conditional upon his continued adherence to Kirby recommended supply and erection practices, adherence to other relevant industry construction practices and ethical business practices.
